Anyone who’s ever felt underestimated, misunderstood, or stuck in self-doubt. If you’ve got a vision and a heartbeat, you’re our people.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We proudly offer free shipping on all orders — no minimums, no catch.

4. How do I choose the right size?

Each product includes a detailed Size chart on its page. If you're between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.

5. Can I return or exchange an item?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. For more details, check out our Return Policy.

Orders & Shipping

1. How long does it take to get my order?

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Once it’s out the door, standard delivery in the U.S. takes 3–4 business days.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we only ship within the U.S. — but we’re working on expanding. Stay tuned!

3. Do I get tracking info?

Absolutely. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

4. How much is shipping?

It’s always free. No minimums, no extra fees — just free shipping on every order.

5. Can customs or delays affect my order?

We don’t currently ship internationally, but for future global orders, customs or local delays might apply. Domestic U.S. orders ship smooth and fast.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?

We only accept returns for damaged, misprinted, or defective items — not for buyer’s remorse or size swaps. If there’s an issue, reach out within 30 days and we’ll make it right.

2. How long do I have to report a problem?

You’ve got 30 days from the date of delivery to report any issues like damage, misprints, or defects. After that, we can’t guarantee replacements.

3. Can I get a refund if I used the wrong address?

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll need to cover reshipping costs. Refunds aren’t offered in this case.

4. What happens to unclaimed returns?

If a return goes unclaimed for 30 days, it’ll be donated to charity. Make sure to keep an eye on your tracking info and messages from us.

5. Do I need to contact you before sending something back?

Yes — always reach out before returning anything. We'll walk you through the steps and make sure it's eligible. Unapproved returns won’t be processed.
