Refund policy
We create each product with care and intention — and we want you to love what you receive. If something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a quality issue, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your item. Send us your order number and a photo of the issue. If we determine the issue was on our end, we’ll cover the cost to replace the item or issue a full refund.
Lost Packages
If your package gets lost in transit, don’t worry — we’ve got you. Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll either track it down or send a replacement.
Returns & Exchanges (Non-Defective Items)
Because every item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong sizes, or changes of mind. Please double-check sizing charts before ordering. We’re happy to answer questions if you need help before placing an order.
Wrong or Unclaimed Address
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or it goes unclaimed, you’ll be responsible for the cost to reship it. If we don’t hear back within 30 days, the return may be donated to charity.
Personal Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, personal-use items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are final sale.
