Shipping policy

At Born Genius, every order is made just for you — no mass production, no warehouse stock. We take the time to create and ship each piece with care. Here's how the process works from checkout to doorstep.

Order Processing Time

All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to print, package, and prepare your item for shipping. Processing time can vary slightly during holidays or high-volume periods, but we do everything we can to get your order moving fast.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your item all the way home.

U.S. Shipping Only (For Now)

We currently ship only within the United States. We’re working on international shipping and hope to offer it in the future — stay tuned.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping is 100% free on all orders — no minimums, no hidden charges. We believe in transparency and making it easy to get what you love.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your order in real time. If you don’t see this email, check your spam folder or contact us — we’re here to help.

Wrong or Undeliverable Addresses

Make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If a package is returned due to a wrong or incomplete address, we’ll reach out to confirm an updated one. You’ll be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Unclaimed Packages

If your package is unclaimed and returned to our facility, it will be held for 30 days. If not claimed within that time, it may be donated to charity.

Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, occasional delays can happen — especially around holidays, weather disruptions, or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you updated.
